Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery (e.g. 7 or 14 days).
  • Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Customized, engraved or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Return Process

  • Provide your order number, product details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within [X] business days.
